I am a UKCP Registered and Accredited Psychotherapist. I split my time between my private practice in East London and my Counselling role at the University of East London. I have 20 years experience working in Mental health, Disability and Trauma settings.
I have always worked in a capacity to support and help improve the lives of others. Prior to being a psychotherapist and counsellor I spent many years working in the voluntary sector for organisations such as Mind, The Refugee Council, Freedom from Torture, YoungMinds and the disability Charity Kids.
In the past seven years I have worked for a number of counselling services including a East London mental health service, St Josephs hospice and the Women's therapy centre. I am experienced in helping people with a wide range of issues, seeing clients from between 1 and 3 times a week.
